The angular brown stalks of winter have been overtaken by the bright green new growth of spring. And the other day, a family of swans dabbled among the cattail forest. Other birds zip in and out and usually find something to eat or something to say (or both!). Fortunately, there's a park bench close by so I can enjoy the spring weather and just wait for things to happen.
